My goal is to write text that is clear, accurate and a pleasure to read.

Research. I learn as much as I can about the topic, through interviews or documentation, as needed.

Writing. I propose an outline, prepare a draft, address comments and submit final text for approval and layout.

Project management. Along the way, I meet with my clients, coordinate content reviews and share regular project updates.
